Gregg Winiarski is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel of IAC and serves in the Office of the Chairman. In this role, Mr. Winiarski is responsible for all of the legal and transactional activities of the company and its more than 150 brands and products, including the company’s corporate governance and various partnership and acquisition initiatives.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Winiarski served as Associate General Counsel of IAC from February 2005 to February 2009, where he had primary responsibility for the legal aspects of IAC’s mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work.
Previously, Mr. Winiarski practiced law in the New York office of Skadden, Arps Slate Meagher & Flom for over seven years. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Winiarski worked at Ernst & Young in New York as a certified public accountant. He has a B.S. from Fordham University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
