University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Moves to Ticketmaster

Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, announced today the signing of a multi-year agreement to provide comprehensive, integrated ticketing solutions for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The UCLA Central Ticket Office has selected Ticketmaster as the exclusive ticketing provider for the University's athletic events, UCLA Live! Performing Arts events, concerts and family shows at its campus venues, including Pauley Pavilion, Royce Hall, Freud Playhouse, MacGowan Hall's Little Theater, Schoenberg Hall, and the Los Angeles Tennis Center. In addition, the agreement also covers events presented by UCLA at the world famous Rose Bowl in Pasadena, where UCLA plays its home football games, along with the Tournament of Roses events, including the Rose Bowl game.

Ticketmaster is providing UCLA with a completely new approach to servicing the University's most valued patrons, through comprehensive online and offline solution services designed to manage all patron touch points, event ticketing, and financial reporting within a single database. UCLA will utilize Ticketmaster's product suite to enable its new and renewing season ticket holders to manage their accounts, pay invoices, order and print their event tickets and group tickets using the ticketFast delivery system -- all online - - through UCLA's official ticketing website, www.tickets.ucla.edu. Additionally, UCLA will take advantage of Ticketmaster's integrated emailing solution featuring premiere patron data collection, campaign targeting and ROI-based reporting.
