Social Responsibility
Giving back is ingrained in our DNA at IAC, both at a corporate level and throughout our global portfolio of leading digital companies. A successful business must use its influence and power to help our global community collectively advance toward solutions for the challenges we all face.

Corporate Giving
Whether it’s supporting the arts, investing in education and empowering skills in technology, or helping local communities, IAC is committed to changing lives through relationships with charitable partners. IAC is proud to be a Founding Funder of the West Side Community Fund, which helps supply grants for local low-income residents in West Chelsea, and we actively seek opportunities to further the work of dozens of nonprofit organizations through in-kind donations, employee volunteerism, and grants, which are made through the IAC Charitable Foundation, Inc. The Foundation provides scholarships and other individual grants to students from underserved and under-resourced communities and are also awarded to eligible recipients that work to advance IAC and its partners’ collective social impact goals. IAC Fellows
Launched in 2019 and inspired by our 25 years of work with local charitable partners, IAC Fellows is a new kind of immersive education program designed to empower high-achieving students from underserved and under-resourced communities in New York City and beyond. The initiative provides participants with the resources, education, and experiences to excel not only in academics and career pursuits, but to build successful and satisfying lives. Core to the program are multiple paid internships that rotate across leading IAC companies—such as Vimeo and The Daily Beast—over the course of six consecutive years. Upon graduation from the program, should a Fellow take a full-time role at IAC or any of its brands, IAC will pay off all of their student debt. Empowering Employees
IAC Employees are passionate about giving back, not only through donations, but by rolling up their sleeves and lending their talents to any number of our charitable partners’ missions. IAC’s Volunteer Time Off program ensures employees are paid two days a year to volunteer their time with charitable organizations of their choice, so they can make a real and tangible impact.
-
Matching Gifts
Our generous Matching Gift Program matches our employees’ eligible donations to qualified charitable organizations, dollar for dollar, up to $15,000.
