Edward Ferguson

Edward Ferguson has served as IAC’s Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer since 2023 and has been with the company’s legal department for more than 20 years. In his current role, Mr. Ferguson manages the company’s major litigation matters, conducts internal and responds to external investigations, and oversees the company’s legal compliance programs.

Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Ferguson worked at several law firms and notably served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, specializing in organized crime and labor racketeering as well as appellate advocacy. He also served as chairman and executive director of New York City’s Business Integrity Commission. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School.
