Lauren Geer

Lauren Geer is the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of IAC. Ms. Geer oversees the entire HR function at IAC Corporate—including People, Benefits and Compensation—and works hand-in-hand with IAC business HR partners to drive efficiency and cohesion across IAC-wide employee programs and offerings.

Prior to IAC, she was Chief Human Resources Officer, Senior Vice President of Related Companies. Ms. Geer joined Related in 2016 and during her tenure spearheaded improvements to the firm’s compensation and talent review processes and benefits programs, and championed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, including strengthening training protocols that raise awareness of DE&I in the workplace. Prior to joining Related, Ms. Geer spent nearly 20 years in HR executive positions at Fortune 500 companies including CITI and Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Geer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
